Network services
The operational hub of an organization is without a doubt the network infrastructure.
InfoOne's goal for networking is to help customers obtain the highest performance with the best guarantee of security.
With our experience and knowledge of the most common technology platforms, we are capable to plan, design and implement any network architecture, in particular:
- Lan switching (STP), VLANs (802.11 q), routing protocols (RIP, IGRP, EIGRP, etc.), VoIP,
- WAN: Frame ralay, MPLS, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, etc.),
- WLAN (network encryption, hot-spot, installations and captive portal radius server)
- VPN (IPSec, SSL, etc.)
- Firewall: Hardware and software configuration.
A careful analysis of the existing network infrastructures enables us to greatly improve the level of your networking, testing network speed and weaknesses possibly subject to attack.
We also configure and implement Enterprise Directory Systems (domain networks Active Directory and LDAP).
Servers
We install and manage the following operating systems: Windows Server 2003, 2008, Linux (Suse Novell, Red Hat, CentOS) with a wide variety of services (web servers, email, dns, spam, ftp servers, file servers, print servers, terminal servers domain controllers etc).
Virtualization
In recent years we have paid particular attention to the techniques of virtualization and clustering systems, first internally, then with our customers. We have consolidated the hardware, backups easier and reduced the time of disaster recovery.
The techniques we use, based on specific customer requirements include:
- Vmware esx server
- Windows Hyper-V
- Proxmox,
- Virtuozzo
- Xen
Technical support
We operate by providing service contracts on an hourly or annual reports to
- Remote tele-assistance: in order to provide immediate assistance to the customer.
- Interventions at the customer site for maintenance, upgrades and expansions of the entire computer system.
